About Us
Port Property Management specializes in the management of multi-family residential apartment buildings. We began managing property in Portland in 1993 and have grown to manage over 700 apartments, including studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments in Portland and South Portland. Locally owned and operated, our goal is to provide attractive apartments and great service to our residents.
Our staff is made up of experienced property management professionals who take pride in their jobs. The principals have a combined 30 years of experience and have achieved Certified Property Managers (CPM) designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
