Herb has lived in the same apartment with PPM for ten years, and he says that he has seen huge improvements in the building over the years... Any time Herb has had a maintenance issue, PPM has been very responsive in making the repairs. Herb really likes his neighbors in the building, as well as the neighboring businesses... Herb says that he wished all companies were run as smoothly as PPM, and we are changing the misconception of landlords. The only reason he is moving is because his family is growing, and he needs more space. If that wasn’t the case, he would probably be at the Metro for at least another ten years. |

You can really tell that PPM takes the time to check references because they have really good tenants, and it has made the area a really nice community! Geno is a good maintenance man, and he does his job well. He keeps the hallways, and the grounds clean, and he even walks the place at night, and makes sure the common area doors are closed, so that the buildings remain secure. |
