After moving into one of our apartments, tenants continue to receive professional customer service from our Maintenance and Tenant Relations Departments.

  • Hours of Operation: The office is open for business Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Rental Department schedules apartment viewings Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. We are closed all major holidays.

  • Downtown Portland: City living at its best can be found in Downtown Portland. Live in any of our nine downtown apartment buildings and you will be within walking distance of Portland's many fine dining and live music establishments. Some of the attractions you will enjoy include Monument Square which plays host to live music in the summer, as well as the weekly Portland Farmer's Market; great museums; and the numerous shops and galleries in the Old Port. Also nearby is The Cumberland Civic Center, which hosts live concerts, events, and is home to the Portland Pirates, an AHL affiliate of the Anaheim Mighty Ducks.

  • East End: Want to wake up in the morning to the sights and smells of the ocean? You will if you live in one of our apartments in Portland's East End. With several buildings located on or within a block of the Eastern Promenade, you will enjoy incredible views of Casco Bay and Fort Allen Park. For the outdoor lover, the Eastern Promenade has tennis and basketball courts, a playground, the East End beach, and provides a starting point for local walking trails. All of the attractions of downtown Portland are within easy walking distance. Within minutes you can be in the Old Port, home of a wide variety of great shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs, as well as Portland's working waterfront. Explore the ocean by taking a whale watching tour or catching a ferry to one the nearby islands in Casco Bay.

  • Parkside: The Parkside neighborhood is named for its proximity to Deering Oaks Park . During the summer months the park hosts a number of outdoor concerts and festivals, as well as Portland Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. If you live in this area you will be within walking distance of the University of Southern Maine's Portland Campus, the Portland Exposition building, and Hadlock Field, the home of the Portland Sea Dogs, the minor league affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. During the winter months, holiday lights set the spirit for ice skating and winter fun.

  • University of Southern Maine ( USM ) / Woodfords: The University of Southern Maine (USM) and Woodfords neighborhoods have long been favorites of students, faculty and their families. The streets are lined with beautiful Victorian buildings and gorgeous landscaping, providing a peaceful setting for afternoon walks. This area of the city is close to the necessities, but buffers residents from downtown. .


  • West End: The historic West End neighborhood is filled with beautiful buildings on tree lined streets. The Western Promenade offers beautiful views of the White Mountains to the West. During the summer, you can enjoy live music during the summer concert series. Gourmet shops and restaurants are a stone's throw away, and a short walk will bring you to the Arts District, where you can enjoy cultural and international events at the Center for Cultural Exchange, and world-renowned and local art at the Portland Museum of Art and numerous private galleries. Walk a little further and you will find yourself among the many wonderful shops in downtown Portland and the Old Port.

  • South Portland: If you prefer to live outside of Portland, but within close proximity, you will enjoy living at one of our South Portland properties. Located about 1 mile (or less) from the Casco Bay Bridge, we have four garden-style apartment buildings on Burnham St. to the west, or Mill Company Gardens to the east. Nicely landscaped, these properties provide tenants with easy access to the city and the malls and shops of South Portland. An on-site resident building manager is employed at each property to keep them clean and assist with your day to day maintenance needs.
