If you have a maintenance concern you would like addressed, you can call (207) 761-0832: ext. 1 for non-emergencies, ext. 2 for emergencies. Or, simply fill out the maintenance request form below. You should receive a call within 24 hours. By reporting a maintenance issue, you are granting us permission to enter your apartment between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday unless you specify otherwise.
