Live in any of our Parkside apartment buildings, and you will be steps away from Deering Oak’s Park. With a pond, baseball diamond, tennis courts and a playground, Deering Oaks Park is a great place to relax and play! In the summer months the park hosts a number of outdoor concerts and festivals, as well as the Portland Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. In the winter months, enjoy ice-skating under the festive holiday lights. A great place for students and sports fans, our Parkside apartments are within easy walking distance of the University of Southern Maine's Portland Campus, the Portland Exposition building—home to the Portland Red Claws—and Hadlock Field—home to the Portland Sea Dogs.
