    I/We agree to make a deposit to hold this unit of 2X the weekly rental amount (up to $500), per agreement with management. Should I/We decide NOT to rent the aforementioned apartment within twenty-four (24) hours of the approval of this application, the deposit may take up to two (2) weeks to be refunded. Should I/We decide NOT to rent the aforementioned apartment AFTER twenty-four (24) hours of approval of an application, the deposit will be held as a security deposit to cover any rent lost incurred due to PPM taking the apartment off the rental market. In the event that Port Property Management rejects the application(s), I/We understand that the deposit will be returned, but any and all fees are non-refundable.
