In order to hold an apartment, we need a completed application and also a holding deposit. Complete this form to submit a holding deposit of $1000.

    **If we have to refund your Holding Deposit for any reason other than declining your application, you will be charged a $50 processing fee if it's within your 24 hour grace period**

    I/We agree to make a deposit of $1000. Should I/We decide NOT to rent the aforementioned apartment within the twenty-four (24) hour grace period, the deposit, minus the $50 processing fee, may take up to two (2) weeks to be refunded. Should I/We decide NOT to rent the aforementioned apartment AFTER the twenty-four (24) hour grace period, the deposit will be held as a security deposit to cover any rent lost incurred due to PPM taking the apartment off the rental market. I/We understand that at the time of lease signing, the first month’s rent and security deposit will be due. In the event that Port Property Management rejects the application(s), I/We understand that the deposit will be returned, but any and all fees are non-refundable.
