Welcome! If you’ve spoken to either Kalie or Stephanie about booking a vacation rental via VRBO or AirBnB, then you’ve come to the right place to officially book those dates! Please fill out this form and carefully read the Rental Agreement at the bottom. Once you submit this form, we will receive an email automatically and you will have officially booked your vacation with us!

    This agreement is between me ("Guest") and Port Property Management ("Manager").

    I agree to make a deposit of at least 50% of the full booking payment now, and the other 50% at least 2 days prior to check-in .

    I agree to the following cancellation policy:
    100% if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
    50% if cancelled 14 days prior to the Check-in Date
    0% if cancelled 7 days prior to the Check-in Date

    FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of any payments or deposits, and the party will not be permitted to check-in or will be evicted.

    I verify that I am at least 25 years of age (breach of this age restriction will result in immediate termination of booking)

    I understand that there is a $50/half-hour late fee (unless otherwise agreed upon) if I am late checking out.

    There is a Refundable Damage Deposit included in the full booking payment. I agree that this will be returned to me within 7 days of Checkout Date, provided no deductions are made due to:
         i. damage to the property or furnishings;
         ii. missing items from property; including keys ($100 lock change fee) and parking permit ($50 fee)
         iii. late fees and/or court costs
         iv. dirtiness/messiness that requires excessive cleaning; or
         v. any other cost incurred by Manager due to Guest’s stay.

    I agree to abide by these Rental Rules:
         No Smoking in the unit, or within 25 feet of the building
         People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. There is a maximum of 2 persons. An extra $75 per person per night must be approved prior to booking.
         Neither Manager nor the property owner are responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises, nor loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.
         Keep the property and all furnishings in good order; respect the property as if it is your own.
         Pets are not allowed
         Daily maid service/housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. We suggest bringing beach towels!
         Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am; please be respectful and keep all noise down inside and outside.
          The unit is to be used as a private vacation residence; Guest shall not engage in any illegal or dangerous activity while on the premises. Do not disturb, in any way, the other residents in the building.
         Guest shall allow Manager access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection in a reasonable manner.
         If Guest gets locked out of the property outside the hours of 8am-4pm Monday-Friday, there shall be a $25 lockout fee charged to Guest
         No personal items or trash is allowed to be stored in any common areas on the premises. Abandoned property, after Guest leaves, shall be kept for up to 7 days before disposing. We can send items to Guest at the cost of Guest, within this time frame.
         All guests are encouraged to get traveler insurance (check with your credit card- sometimes they offer it!)

    Legalities: If any provision of this agreement conflicts with the laws of the State of Maine, then such laws will take precedence. If any one provision in this agreement is deemed or ruled invalid by the State court, then the rest of the agreement will survive separate and individually, and shall be binding on both parties less the invalid provisions.
